Location: Dothan, AL & Surrounding Area

Salary: $70,000/year

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and intelligent Field Service Biomedical Equipment Technician Field Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, managing field operations, and helping drive company success.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Manager and hands-on Biomedical Equipment Technician, you will:

• Lead and oversee field service operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of biomedical and clinical equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to other technicians, helping develop their skills and efficiency.
• Manage service schedules and coordinate field resources to ensure timely response to client needs.
• Communicate with clients to deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and identify potential service opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, keeping patient care and facility needs at the forefront.
• Assist leadership in strategic planning to grow and improve service operations.

• Experienced in biomedical equipment service, with 3+ years in the field preferred.
• Comfortable leading a team, training others, and communicating with clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of representing the company professionally.
• Willing to travel locally in a company vehicle to service client facilities.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent military/field experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on biomedical equipment service experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing medical devices and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
